Pauline Leatha Sutgrey, 67, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away around her loved ones November 15. She was born September 21, 1949 to Emma Lee and Clyde Sutgrey at General Hospital and spent her childhood in Platte City. She graduated from Park University with a bachelor in Human Services and Criminal Justice and was very involved in their Theater Program. She was a jack of all trades and did a little bit of everything including having her own cleaning company and went to mechanics school. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Emma Lee and Clyde Sutgrey, her three brothers Eddie Jo, Toby, and Walter Sutgrey, and her nephew Eddie Sutgrey. She is survived by her two daughters Nicole and Kasey Sutgrey, her grandchildren; Adrianna Carter, Ayanna Carter, Chloe Montoya, and Mason Montoya, her sister Mary Ellen and twin sister Emogene, her nieces Shana, Kim, Donita, Lisi, Wendy, Rochelle, and many great nieces and nephews and the father of her children David Mcaninch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to KU Cancer Center at http://www.kucancercenter.org/give/ku-endowment. Visitation will be 1pm, Friday, November 18th followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2pm both at her beloved Church of the Redeemer, 7110 NW MO-9 HWY, Kansas City, Missouri 64152.
