Garrett Theisen
March 23, 1984 - January 14, 2019
Garrett Eugene Theisen, 34 was the first born son, grandchild and nephew of his beloved family. He came into this world fighting as he was in NICU for a few days when he was first born. He was the biggest and the prettiest baby in the NICU and the nurses called him the "Gerber Baby." Even as a child, Garrett had a big heart. He ended every phone call with "I Love You" and he greeted you with a hug. He met the love of his life, Tricia and they have been together several years. They have three furbabies. Their first furbaby was Figaro, aka: Figgy the bulldog. He was their pride and joy. Garrett and Figgy were inseparable. Garrett was preceded in death by his biological father, Walter Theisen and his paternal grandparents, Fay and Harvey Arnold. He was greeted at heaven’s gates by his beloved dog, Figgy. He is survived by his long time girlfriend, Tricia Olson and her family; his parents; Chris and Marsha Bailey. Chris was the dad that stepped up and he and Garrett loved to hunt and fish together. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents; Eugene and Sharon Beaty, Step-Grandparents; Dorothy and Wally Bailey; Siblings; Michelle (Kyle) Scheppers, Zachary Bailey, Whitney (Jack) Brown, and his Stepsister, Stephanie Fowler; Aunts; Kim (Robbie) Hill, Traci (Scott) Wehner, Leslie (Kent) Jenkins, Valerie Phillips, and Tammie Arnold; Uncles; Jerry and Keith Theisen; nephews; Landon, Lucas and Jacob along with his niece, Julia. He also leaves behind several cousins and a huge extended family. He will be loved and greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the KC Pet Project in Garrett's memory.
