Elzie Pickle

January 10, 1938 - December 28, 2016

Elzie Louis Pickle from Kansas City, MO died on Wednesday Dec. 28th, 2016 at 10:04 PM at North Kansas City Hospital.  Elzie was born in Summerfield, OK on Jan. 10th, 1938 to Elzie and Rosetta (Earls) Pickle. He was a steel worker for Armco Steel until they closed , Then he was a warehouse foreman at Xpedx Paper Manufacturing in Olathe, KS. Elzie is survived by a son, Daniel Pickle and a step son, Charles Dorman (Renee), Grandson - Joshua (Jordan), Granddaughter - Lacy, Great Granddaughter - Addyson and Sister - Rosalee Shirley.  He was proceeded in death by his parents - Elzie and Rosetta (Earls) Pickle, Brothers - Gilbert Pickle, Marvin Pickle, Farce Pickle, Mark Pickle, Luke Pickle, George Pickle, Hester Pickle, Sister - Thelma Owens and Margaret Ellen Kilgore, 1/2 Brothers - Bob McClung, Ray McClung and Clifton McClung, 1/2 Sister - Lucille Turner. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Heartland Church of Christ at 6120 NW Prairie View Rd Kansas City, Mo 64151 on Thursday January 5th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.  A graveside service will be held at Summerfield Cemetery in Summerfield, OK on Saturday January 7th at 2 PM We want to Thank Cashatt Family Funeral Home for all of your help and services.
